Statutory rape happens alot. Basically what that means is that one member of the party is underage, but the sex is consented by both parties.

If your talking about violent rape, as far as I am concerned, it does not happen much.

Not too often, unless they are intoxicated with drugs or alcohol.

A lot of consensual sex between adults and teens is classified as “rape” or “abuse” and this confuses the issue of real rape which is violent.
