Get in a habit of not looking at that junk. Find better things to fill your time and life with. You’ll soon get over it if you just find good things to do.

The same way as you get off of any other addiction. There are 12 step programs available all over the place and pornography is just another compulsive addiction like drinking, drugs and overeating. The first step is to realize that you have a problem and you have made that step, now go find a support group to help you work through it. Look for a “Celebrate Recovery” program at a local church.
